Rotary Laser Specifications

Laser Industries specializes in rotary laser processing of tubes and
rings. Utilizing a high powered CO2 5-axis laser system with rotary
capabilities to 48”, Laser Industries can drill holes, cut slots, and
trim and rotate small and large diameter tubes and rings for
processing intricate and complicated details in a single set up.

Applications Include:
Cutting vane slots in turbine rings.
Drilling holes and trimming exhaust ducts.
Trimming sheet metal flanges.
Hole drilling on sheet metal rings and doublers.
Trimming thin wall tubing to length without distortion.
Cutting holes and details into rectangular and square tubing on all
surfaces.
Processing detail cut outs in round tubing.
