Rotary Tube Laser Cutting Services
Utilizing multi-axis rotary and 5-axis laser cutting, Laser Industries processes tubes and rings of all lengths, diameters, sizes and shapes. Multi-axis laser processing offers the advantage of accessing all sides of the tube surface or ring for trimming, adding cut outs and drilling holes to tight tolerances. Straight or bent tubes and formed rings are all effectively processed.
Four axis rotary capabilities allows Laser Industries to process tube lengths up to 10 foot on square, rectangle and round tubes in one set-up. Laser processing is effectively performed on thin wall tubes (.010 thick) without distortion, small diameter tubes (.250 dia.), as well as structural tubes to .500 inch wall thickness.
5-Axis laser processing offers cost effective processing on bent tubes. Tubes can be fixtured in position for the laser cutting of copes, miters, cut outs and holes on all surfaces. Also, large diameter rings to 60 inches in diameter are positioned and rotated for trimming and drilling on O.D. and I.D. surfaces. Tube materials processed include: aluminums, steels, stainless steels, high temp nickel alloys, and titanium.
