Five axis cutting for processing of 3-D formed sheet metal parts.

CNC controlled 5-axis motion system combined with a high-
powered 1500 watt CO2 laser system allows for processing of
three-dimensional parts.

System provides trimming, drilling, and cutting on all surfaces of
formed sheet metal parts.

Amada/Rolo Prima system provides for the largest work envelope
on the West Coast. Our large envelope is 126” x 88” x 32” and
can accommodate large metal parts.

Clean cutting technique provides an oxide free edge with minimum
heat affected that conforms to the most demanding aerospace
specifications.

Cutting, drilling, welding, and maskant scribing: using lasers with
repeatability and quick feed rates and cycle times is cost effective
and time saving.

Focused beam analyzer feature ensures repeatable cutting
parameters. This device documents and enables duplication of
cutting parameters.
